FAQs

1. When ordering your canvas prints, can I choose to order them in other sizes other than those specified in your price guide?
Ans: Yes you can. Simply inform me when making enquiries or orders on your preferred sizing and I will try my utmost best to satisfy you. After all, I value customers above all else!


2. How about your greeting cards and other products such as posters and post cards, etc? Do they come in fixed sizes?
Ans: Once again, you are able to specify your desired sizing but do take note that the prices might vary in accordance to the size because of printing cost :)


3. Why do you have so few designs on display?
Ans: If I have so many pre-made designs and attempt to sell them to my customers, then ParadoxCreation would be no different from gift shops selling generic cards. I offer a premium service and attempt to tailor every design according to your needs. However, if you do like any of my past designs, do let me know and I can modify them according to your taste.


4. How do I collect my orders, canvas prints, greeting cards or others?
Ans: For canvas prints, you can either self-collect at my place (East), or pay a flat rate of $18 for a special courier delivery to any location in Singapore. This ensures you receive your canvas print in the most professional manner (making it perfect as a gift), and your canvas would not be damaged in any way.

For greeting cards and other items, you can choose either normal postage (unfortunately, I will not be responsible for any loss or mishandling by SingPost) or registered postage, which would cost an additional $3 on top of the weight of your items. Alternatively, you can try to arrange a time and place for meet up, or collect them at my place (East).

5. How soon can I get my orders?
Ans: Because every order is a customised design, please allow for 1-2 days for designing and another 4-5 days for printing. In all, it would take about a week for orders to be ready. This is to ensure that no orders are done hastily for premium quality. However, should you require them urgently, please let me know and I will try my best to work out something for you.




Payment details :


1. Payment can be made via POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC Internet banking or via ATMs. Full payment to be made upon confirmation of your order, unless otherwise arranged with me. I'll try to be as flexible as possible for you.
2. I can do meet ups as much as my time would allow me to, so please feel free to contact me should that be your preferred mode of transaction.
3. Because every order is unique, the amount of work that goes into varies a lot. As such, the prices quoted is a guide and I would be happy to discuss any queries you have.
